Sunset Hut began with a single proofing basket and a commitment to slow fermentation. Today, we serve Eugene with daily batches of naturally leavened breads, buttery pastries, and a curated selection of local groceries.
We believe a bakery should be a neighborhood anchor—quiet, consistent, and rooted in the community. Every loaf is scored by hand; every order is packed with care.
72-hour cold-fermented sourdough, semolina rounds, and seasonal whole-grain loaves baked fresh each morning.
Butter croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, and seasonal fruit tarts—crafted with French technique.
Locally roasted coffee, house-made preserves, olive oils, and staple goods from Oregon producers.
